 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy 

Please Read Our Return & Exchange Policies Before Shopping To Prevent Any Miscommunications.   

ZMV Collections cares about your happiness overall. As much as we hope you enjoy your items, we also would like to take precaution under the current circumstances with Covid-19.

Returns & Exchanges 

We will NOT be accepting any returns and/or exchanges at the moment due to Covid-19 purposes, therefore there are NO refunds under any circumstances.  


If for some reason you receive an item damaged in your shipment order, please contact us immediately at zmvcollections@gmail.com WITHIN 48 hours of receiving your order for an exchange (time frame begins when packaged is scanned as delivered).  Within the inquiry we will need the following information to resolve the issue:

Any damaged product inquiries after the 48 hours of receiving the product will NOT be exchanged. Once the defected product is received, we will approve the exchange process & get your new product sent to you as soon as possible. All damaged products MUST be returned to the address given to you. Return shipping is not our responsibility. We are not responsible for any damaged or defective product after being worn or washed. All damaged products being returned within the 48 hours of delivery must still be new without use, with tags.

Please allow up to 24 hours for all emails to be responded to. Keep in mind we are not open on weekends.
